Makeup has always played an important role in theater, whether in a small play or large production. Makeup can be used to transform any actor into a character. The class is designed to give each student a basic knowledge of theatrical makeup.   Febraury

We often associate makeup with beauty. With a growing need for corrective makeup for burn survivors, post-surgical patients, discoloration from port wine stains or birthmarks, and loss of pigmentation due to Vitiligo, Kryolan’s Dermacolor Camouflage makeup is perfectly designed to address these issues and more. This class teaches corrective application methods and provides a clear understanding of the intent of camouflage makeup.   September

Many films are often enhanced by special effects. We will introduce a variety of products with step-by-step instruction in how to create scars, cuts, bruises, black eyes and oozing sores. This is really a fun class but not recommended for the faint of heart!   April

Air Brush makeup has grown in popularity, especially with the improved clarity of digital images on television, movies, and in print work. With this method, you can apply makeup with ease. This class dispels the myth that the application is more difficult than using makeup brushes and sponges. Two days of intense step-by-step instruction, as well as hands-on lessons are provided.   January
